At parastools.co.in we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and return policy is designed to be simple and fair, especially for our valued customers in the jewelry manufacturing and repair industry.

Eligibility for Returns:

You may return items within 2 days of delivery. Return against only any manufacturing defats or Damage Product.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of Opening Video of Product (In Case of any manufacturing Defects or Damage).
Custom tools or special-order items are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used burs, polishing tools, damaged Items and chemical containers.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper use.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 24 hours at: parastools1008@gmail.com with video as a proof.
We’ll offer only a replacement,

Refund Processing:

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped.
